Cancellations :
Cancellations before the product is shipped or produced is acceptable. We will give you a full refund if the order is cancelled. The order can not be cancelled if the product has already shipped out. To cancel an order, please reach us at [email protected]
Returns: (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. Consumers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of the receipt should you decide you do not want the product.
IMPORTANT - CONDITION OF RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it. No opened, partially used or other condition of product will be accepted for refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
A restocking fee of 20% of the retail value of the product may be applied at our discretion.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping and are required to insure the package for the full value of product being returned.
Special note for 5 Gallon variations:
All 5 gallon orders of any product are considered custom orders and are not eligible for return or refund. Please be certain of your purchase prior to placing it for these products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of the product cost minus any shipping costs and/or credit card fees, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company or method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted from Shopify and other payment processors.
